Probationary officers and probationary associates must meet certain requirements.

Registrars of officers:

The recommended candidates will be graduates in any subject with at least a 65 percent grade point average or those with professional qualifications such as CA, CS, ICWA, CFA, MBA, LLM, MTech, etc. from a reputable university or institution.

Candidates with JAIIB/CAIIB qualifications will be given preference over those with experience.

Candidates with experience and qualifications who are under 30 are eligible.

Probationary Partners:

The applicant must have earned a graduate degree in any field from an accredited university.

Computer operating knowledge is necessary.

proficient in Marathi, Hindi, and English in reading, writing, and speaking.

possess a talent for business development, marketing, and customer service.
